My mom, who lives with me one night decided we should have these Stouffers chicken enchiladas for an “easy dinner.” Mistake! The rice is sticky and strangely sweet, the “enchilada” sauce tasted to me exactly the same as the “maranara” on their lasagna which has always been too sweet for my tastes. the enchiladas themselves were flat and not a trace of cheese could be found in the tortillas. the “cheese” topping was rubbery in texture and about a handful was on the entire “party size”. Even adding half a pound of extra sharp real cheese couldn’t save these things. My mom loved them and plans on buying them again. She can have single serving sized pacs. I’ll stick with their mac and cheese and make my own mexican food from now on.   -Jo
