So typically peppers stuffed with cheese is a wonderful idea right? Easy to make, fun to eat. Not in this case…… After taking the option to bake them my husband and I were ready to dive into some peppery cheezy goodness. Or so we thought.
First off, the “cheese” turns into a liquid… so its basically an empty husk of fried, very doughy, rubbery jalapeno with an awful after taste. I do not recommend being fooled by the nice picture and low price. -Don
