From Val: Some people love these pigs feet packed in vinegar. I just learned I’m not one of those people. The smell coming from the jar can only be described as vomit, mixed with the formaldehyde-y smell of the fetal pig you dissected in 9th grade bio. Husband cooked them up and they were chewy and almost inedible. Some things were just not meant to be eaten.
